Weekly Menu, June 2 — June 7

Due to high temperatures last week, I didn’t spend any time in the kitchen. This week the temperature should be more reasonable and I should have a new air conditioner so I plan to make up for eating out everyday last week by cooking at home everyday this week. Here is my menu plan.

Monday
Baked falafel
Tabouli
Pumpkin hummus/vegetables

Tuesday
Onion chopped steak with easy gravy
Tater tots
Corn on the cob

Wednesday
Baked mac and cheese
Salad with homemade dressing
Fruit

Thursday
Leftovers

Friday
Stir fried chicken with ketchup
Fried rice
Stir fried vegetables

Saturday
Roasted pork loin with dry rub
Roasted green beans
Salad with homemade dressing
